Downside of multi-tasking

Read in the papers today that women need about 20 minutes more sleep than men. Article link here. My question is where do I find that 20 minutes time? If I don't get up early, my son's toilet,bath,breakfast, lunch box, etc. won't get done. If I sleep early, clearing the kitchen, dining, checking on home work, etc. does not get done...how to expand time?

This morning, the maid didn't turn up, so I had to carry a bawling baby, as I drank my glass of milk and swabbed the kitchen floor. Even as I left home, I couldn't remember if I had locked all the balcony doors. And I have to compulsorily drink tea at office to keep me awake.

I'm sure many women face similar issues. What's the solution?
